The story behind each one

What was leaking, and what we built.

The Spot Nashua

The old site mostly just sat there. The menu and what was playing that night were buried, so people checked social instead, and anything that changed had to go through somebody else.

What we built

A whole new site with the menu, the live music calendar and a booking page, and then the back office behind it. His CRM keeps itself up to date, the newsletter goes out on its own, and he posts events and changes the menu from a dashboard instead of asking anyone.

The site does the selling now. People book from their phone, and the menu changes the day he changes it.

The old site said he existed and not much more. His real project photos were not on it, the towns he covers were nowhere a search could find them, and a call that came in while he was up a ladder went to whoever rang back first.

What we built

A new site with his real work sorted by trade, pages for the towns he covers, a booking form so a homeowner can just ask for the job, and an SMS bot that picks up the conversation when he cannot.

Someone can book him at nine at night and get an answer straight away. The job is on the calendar before he is back in the truck.

Santella Designs

Noah's work mostly lived in photos on his phone and in whoever happened to see a piece in person. Anyone who had not already met him had no way to see the craft, and starting a custom order meant explaining the whole process from scratch every time.

What we built

A site built around the pieces themselves, photography first and big, with the custom process laid out plainly and a simple way to start a commission.

The jewelry is finally somewhere he can send anyone. Asking for a custom piece is a click instead of a conversation.
