Who you work with

Three of us, and you get all three.

We work out of Windham and most of our clients are a short drive from us, around Nashua, Salem, Methuen and the Merrimack Valley. That is on purpose. We would rather sit at your counter and look at the thing together than run everything over email from four states away. There is no account manager to get passed to, no ticket queue. You get the three people who actually do the work, and you keep them after launch.

I am the one you talk to. I sit down with you, figure out how the business actually runs day to day, and make sure what we build fits around that instead of adding to it. If something is not worth doing for your shop, I will say so rather than sell it to you. After launch I am still the number you call.

I build the sites and the systems underneath them. Computer science degree, four years of NCAA ball, AWS Solutions Architect and Security+ certified. My day job is DevOps: cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring. What I actually care about is speed. A page should be up before anyone thinks about backing out, and if something is on the screen it earned its place. I am usually the one arguing to cut a feature rather than add one.

I wire up the quiet stuff. A missed call goes back out as a text on its own, leads sort themselves, and the little jobs you were doing by hand stop needing you. Done right you barely notice it running. You just stop losing work to a voicemail nobody checked.

The best way to know if we are a fit is to talk. First conversation is on us.
